" Janice T. Wilkins passed away at Culpeper Rehab and Health on May 30, 2026. She was born January 9, 1951 in Washington DC to Johnny and Ruby Biller (Milbourn). Ms. Wilkins enjoyed going to church and being around her family. In her younger years, she enjoyed writing poetry. She is survived by her granddaughter Callie Oliver (Timothy), 1 great grandson Sean Oliver, her 2 brothers Jerry and Jay, 3 sisters Jenny, Judy, and Joyce, and her daughter in law Tammy Clayborn. She is predeceased by her parents Johnny and Ruby Biller, her sister Nita Andrick, 2 brothers Jeff Biller, and Jimmy Biller and her beloved son Sean Clayborn.
Janice will be deeply missed by all her loved ones. Further arrangements will be discussed at a later date."
