" Cathy was a great woman, inside and out through everything she did. She had a big heart and would do anything for anybody. She could cook out her heart and grow things from the ground from scratch. Her children and grandchildren were her entire life and passion, never once failing them and always making sure they had everything they needed. She was the type of person who became a parent to everyone and loved so much. She will be missed by so many and she will forever be loved and remembered and will continue to live on through those who hold her in their hearts. "
