" Bill Williams was quiet and reserved man. He held a lifelong passion for information technologies which was his vocation during his service in the United States Navy, as well as, in his civilian life. He held the position of Trustee ("agent of record") with the Fredericksburg PC users group.

He enjoyed farming, sports cars and starting and ending the day with a simple cup of coffee.

He is survived by wife, Joan Williams; sister Betty Coulston; and daughter Sondra Johncox. His grandchildren, Brandi Johncox, Crystal Showers, Ashley Hill, Sean Williams, and Katie Rude, and numerous great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
