" Rita Theresi Weistling, 90, of Alexandria, Virginia departed this life on June 26, 2020. She was home surrounded by family and has been reunited with her loving husband, Daniel.
She is survived by her son, Kevin Weistling; two daughters, Christina Wrightson and Susan Gardner (Mack); three cherished grandchildren, Daniel Latham (April), Russell Wrightson Jr. (Maury), and Danielle Tremblas; five adored great-grandchildren, Charles Joseph, Duncan, Linus, Alanna, and Adeline; two sisters, Natalie Schoenadel and Louise Rogers; along with several nieces and nephews.
Rita was preceded in death by her parents, Alfonso and Elisa Romani; one daughter, Cheryl Weistling; five cherished sisters, Phyllis Mason, Linda Wood, Edith Romani, Mary Kinsley, and Clara Rogers; and two dear brothers, John and Michael Romani.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, July 18, 2020 at Holy Spirit Church, 5121 Woodland Way, Annandale, VA 22003.
Interment will be at Fairfax Memorial Park, 9900 Braddock Road, Fairfax, VA 22032. "
