" Wayne Scott Luck, 60, of Fredericksburg, VA, passed away peacefully in his sleep on July 12, 2020. Wayne was predeceased by his parents, Harvey P. Luck, Sr., and Joyce Harris Luck, of Richmond, VA; two older brothers, Harvey Luck, Jr., and Steven Luck of Roanoke, VA; and by his beloved wife of many years, Raye Curtis Luck.

He is survived by his sister, Joyce Ann Luck, of Shasta County, CA; a sister- and brother-in-law, Brenda and Terry Darland, of Stafford, VA, and their extended family.

Wayne had a kind heart and generous soul. He rooted for the Washington Nationals, enjoyed fishing, and was particularly fond of dogs. Despite being beset by hardships in his later years, including poor health, he battled these with good spirit, and we will miss him.

In accordance with his wishes, Wayne will be cremated, and his urn will be interred alongside his wife, Raye. A small graveside service will be announced at a future date.
