William “Billy” Kinsella, 62, passed away peacefully on August 5, 2020 at his home in Spotsylvania, Virginia. He was born July 26, 1958 to Dorothy and Patrick Kinsella in Belleville, New Jersey. He graduated from Harrison High School in 1978. He moved to Virginia in 1992. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Dolores Kinsella.
Billy was a gentle soul with a kind heart. He would give you the shirt off his back, even if it was his last shirt. He was a hard loving man, and if you were lucky enough to be loved by him, you knew it. Family was the most important thing to him. Billy also had a fun-loving side, with a wicked sense of humor and an Irish mouth to go along with it. He was an avid fan of the Minnesota Vikings. He loved doing puzzles and had a knack for tinkering. He loved to be useful and could put together anything his family asked of him without using a manual. He made the best deviled eggs, which were a hot commodity on holidays.
Billy is survived by his sisters, Angela Bates (Brother-in-law Doug) and Shirley Simmons ( Brother-in-law Roger), two nephews; Patrick and Ian, five nieces; Cheryl, Christina, Julia, Amanda, and Alison, three great nephews; Sydney, Blake, and Patrick William, and eight great-nieces; Caitlin, Ashley, Kelsey, Eirean, Nolagh, Katherine, Victoria, and Elizabeth.
Billy was deeply loved and will be missed by his family and friends

I’m so sorry about Willie. He will always have a special place in my heart. We were just kids in love growing up together. He was a huge part of my teenage years. I adored him and loved him. I wish it didn’t turn out they way it did. His family was wonderful to me and I always wanted to apologize the way I just took off and left. Willie was my first love and I am grateful that he was in my life.
