    " Janet Lee Jett, a loving Mother, Grandmother, Sister, and Aunt at the age of 60 lost her battle to cancer and passed peacefully from this world on August 24, 2020. Janet was born on November 2, 1959 in Fredericksburg VA, to Eugene and Jean Shiflett.
    Janet is survived by her beloved son David and his wife Melissa Shiflett, as well as her precious granddaughters Skylar and Sophia. Her sister Debra and husband Roger Dodson. Sister Violet Shiflett and Sandy and husband David Kessler. Also survived by Brenda Royer and husband Chuck, as well as Brenda's son Roy Searles Jr. and his daughter Hayley. Also many deeply loved family members sharing the loss of Janet's absence.
    Janet led an exciting life all the while keeping a smile that gleamed from her face. Her strength and zeal carried her to many places and many people. Her determination and tenacity granted her a pride in the work she had done at CVS Distribution. Her vigor and humor assuredly uplifted all those around her. Her many adventures amd antics pleasantly and fondly will be remembered.
    Janet's life was a blessing to those fortunate enough to share this earth with her. Though ther passing is felt by all, those who were privileged to have herin their lives, are certain where she goes now she carries the same light with her.
    A private viewing for family will be held at Found & Sons. A celebration of life will be held at a later date."
