"Robert Wayne Simmons “Bobby”, 55 of Spotsylvania, VA. He went home to be with the Lord on January 7, 2021, he died at the hospital of complication from a Triple Bi-pass.
Robert grew up in Fairfax County VA. and attended Thomas Edison High School. He was a retired Master Plummer and well-respected. He had a funny wit about things, loved watching the reaction he could get out of people. Also enjoyed watching is favorited football team the Dallas Cowboys play and Nascar races.
He was born in Washington DC, on October 7, 1964, son of Brenda I. Simmons and the late Robert B. Simmons. He was preceded in death by his brother Charles Raymond Blasi. He is survived by his children who he loved very much Zachary Duncan Simmons and Sarah Aileen Simmons, his girlfriend Dawn Robey, younger sisters Kimberley C. Johnson, Victoria M. Blasi and brother Daniel J. Simmons, and his older half-brother Robert B. Simmons. He was loved by his numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and great nephews.
No funeral or memorial service are planned at this time. The family will notify love ones in the future when a Celebration of Life service is scheduled."
