" She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother who enjoyed spending time with her family and her two dogs, Lady and Jack. Aside from spending time with her family, she liked making crafts and cards. She also was fond of going to the beach and collecting seashells. She worked for the federal government for over ten years and then GIECO for 10 years. She was a longtime member of Fairview Baptist Church and enjoyed helping out in the kitchen and attended Bible Study. She will be missed by all of her family and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the American Cancer Society or Mary Washington Hospice. "

Eight years ago we were connected. We shared lots of family memories and came together as not only family but friends. I love you cousin so very much. Until we meet again

Cousin you are a sweet heart and so kind. You helped me through the loss of my daughter. I love you much. Now you are with your loved ones gone before. You are having a grand reunion, and I hope my Jen is there too. One day we will reunite and it will be a joyous time in heaven. Love you and will miss you.
