" Mister Scarborough was an Air Force Veteran of the Korean war. One of his passions was working outside, "his bountiful vegetable gardens were enjoyed by friends & neighbors for years". Through his profession he was presented with an award for driving a million miles without incident, more than once! Mister Scarborough retired from the DC Transit Authority. He will be missed by those who knew him well! "
