" Milton Delano Posey, 87 of Spotsylvania passed away at his home on Thursday, August 26, 2021, after a courageous battle with cancer. He was born May 4, 1934 in Falmouth to the late Samuel Posey and Grace Bradshaw Posey.
Pete leaves behind two daughters, Kathy Torres (Raul) and Miltra Bressan (Dave); grandchildren, Sean Weekes, Kristina Garrick (Audrey), Jason Kircher and Steven Bressan; numerous great and great great grandchildren, including two special ones, Sophia Weekes and Scarlett Irby; three special nieces, Linda Rose, Virginia Chilton and Barbara Cropp; a large extended family and his furry companion “Emma”.
He was preceded in death by his wife Lucille M. Posey; daughters, Sheila Kircher and Doris Kio; sisters, Elizabeth Carter and Doris Fisher; brothers, Samuel “Billy” Posey, John “Jack” Posey, Joseph Posey and Charles Posey,
A Celebration of Life will be held on September 11th, 11am - 2pm at 321 Wallace Street, Fredericksburg. "
