    " Dakota was a loving caring soul who cared about everyone and knew no enemies. His love for his son Casper was endless and he would do anything for him. We all were blessed to have known him and blessed to have a grandson by him. Dakota left this world way to early but knowing Dakota he is helping someone . Dakota loved fishing and anything to do with nature trails and just being one with nature. Dakota would hand over his last dollar to someone he never met , it didn't matter to him that was the guy he was. He was a loving son, father, and bother. There will never be another like him except for his sweet son.

    RIP son we all will miss you dearly. "

Tribute Wall

I'm still in shock. I cant believe this happened. Everything mentioned above is so true. Dakota was such good people. Absolutely loved his son. Anyone who knew Kota could agree. I dont think I've ever seen him be mad or in a bad mood. He had a kindred spirit, was unique, special in his own way, carefree, wanted anyone to know if you're his friend you had a friend for life! My daughters knew him and I met him thru seeing him at old job of his in Ladysmith over the years. He was such a kind soul. Definitely too soon. Apologies to the family and close friends and especially to Casper. Hope one day you'll be able to read all these notes and messages to learn how wonderful your dad was. Much Love, Jacquie.
