"Allen, as most people knew him, worked in Auto recycling for years. But he was a jack of all trade and he could do anything he set his mind to. As well as working on cars and growing plants. He was also very good at woodworking and general construction.
He enjoyed spending time with his family any chance he got. Allen is survived by his wife, Patty Allen; his daughter, Angela Clinkscales; son-in-law, Matt Clinkscales; grandchildren, Adrian, Christian, Remy and Maisie; and a host of many loved ones and friends, too numerous to name.
He was a tell it like it is person and didn't mince words if you made him mad.
He was a kind and gentle soul, but he didn't show that part of himself to many people. He was quick witted and in his own words, was an Encyclopedia of useless information. He was highly intelligent and never gave himself credit for the knowledge he was eager to share with anyone who would listen. He will be missed by many. Later on in years, I am so glad he finally realized just how many lives he has touched and how truly loved he was. He had always thought he wasn't worthy of it. May he rest in peace. He will forever be my Rock."
