"Robert “Robby” Allen Ross. Born February 2, 1960 on the Couvron Air Base in France and died November 8th, 2021 of natural causes in Stafford, Virginia at 61 years old.

Robby grew up in VA Beach with his mother, Helen M Schaffer, his two sisters, Bonny and Linda and brother Doug. He served in the US Army from 1979-1986. He enjoyed his time in Germany and often spoke about visiting again. In 1988 his first daughter, Chelsea, was born and in 1993 his second daughter, Emma, was added to the family. Robert was an incredibly proud father and a devoted friend with a free spirit and wealth of jokes that could make anyone smile.

He is preceded in death by his father, Faye D Ross, and mother, Helen M Schaffer, as well as his bother Douglas Ross and niece Lyndsey Berard.

He is survived by two daughters, Chelsea Ross of Fredericksburg, VA and Emma Webster of Fayetteville, NC as well as sisters Bonny O’Toole of Lumberton, TX and Linda Feres of Virginia Beach, VA and granddaughters Aurora and Serenity.

Robby will be cremated as per his wishes at the Virginia Cremation Service in Fredericksburg, VA. No service will be held due to COVID and the wide range of family and friends.

His daughters received numerous donations from friends and family that helped with arrangements and in lieu of flowers or additional donations his daughters ask that you preform a random act of kindness in his name, as Robert would never turn away a friend or stranger in need of help if he could offer it.
