" William Eugene Windsor, 87, of Partlow, Virginia, passed away on November 9, 2021 at his home where he resided for 8 1/2 years with his daughter and care giver Mildred Lisa Taylor and son-in-law Jerry Taylor. He was born in Largo Maryland, He is survived by his two sons and two daughters 11 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
William (Gene) was a meat cutter for 35 years with Giant Food, and served in the United States Navy as a culinary specialist. He loved spending time with his family, laughing and always wearing a smile on his face. he loved dancing and having a good time with his family and friends. Everyone who know him loved him. William preceded in passing by his beloved wife Emily Evelyn Windsor and Grandson Andrew Windsor. William will be greatly missed by his family and friends "
