" Roy Layton Shifflett, 65, of Goose Creek, SC passed away October 9, 2022 surrounded by loved ones. He was born September 8, 1957 to Helen Bradley and David Shifflett in Mclean, VA.
Roy is survived by his children; Michael Shifflett and Jill of Bristow, VA, Amy Grooms of Manassas, VA, Joni Hammer and Todd of Nokesville, VA, and Jarad Shifflett of Canyon Country, CA; grandchildren Viktoria, Brent, Emilee, Connor, Abigail, Andrew and Benjamin as well as his siblings; Richard Shifflett, Joseph Shifflett, Peggy Lanham, and Rosa Roush.
In addition to his mother and father, Roy is preceded in death by his brother, David Shifflett.
A Memorial Service will be open to friends and family on Saturday, October 22, 2022 at 10am at Park Valley Church in Haymarket, VA.
