" It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our mother, sister, daughter, wife and friend, Valerie Gheen.

She passed away October 4, 2023 at the young age of 67.

She was surrounded with love and support in her passing by her family and incredible nurses at Carriage Hill Health and Rehab Center.

She fought a long battle with heart disease, diabetes and Parkinson's Disease.

In Lieu of Flowers, the family asks you plant something purple that will continue to live and grow in Valerie's memory. Service will remain private.
