" Steven Michael Alvino, 54, born in Vineland NJ in 1969 and residing in Fredericksburg, VA died at 5:02pm at Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center on February 13th 2024 due to complications after a brief illness.

Steve was originally from New Jersey where he worked for MVA as a machinist for many years in Millville, NJ then moved to Florida as the migration of our family had started.

Steve loved playing the guitar and fishing. When he moved to Marco Island Florida, he went into the boating industry. After a short time working in that field, he started his own business in handyman and maintenance for about 20 years then ventured into the restaurant business and did that for another 10 years.

Our mother passed away 2 years ago then Steve moved to Fredericksburg VA to live with his daughter and grandchildren who lovingly called him G-dad at Steve's request because he said was too young to be called grandpa.
